I have made 7 posts since I inherited this blog from an inactive user and I realized I have yet to introduce myself.
My name is Adam and I am a 30 year old accountant from Philadelphia. I am not a journalist, nor will I ever claim to be, so you will not hear me quoting any "sources" and I'm sorry if my writing is not up to professional standards, but that is not the purpose of this blog for me. The purpose of these posts is to give myself a chance to share my opinions and to hopefully generate some good conversation with interested readers.
As for my sports experience, I have played on football, baseball and hockey teams since I was a kid, so these opinions are not coming from someone who has never played the games, though I admit that I have never played any sports at a professional level.
The topics that I plan to post about will mainly be hockey, baseball and football, but you never know when I might have something to say about other sports. Being that I am from Philadelphia, my rooting interests lie with the Flyers, Phillies and Eagles.
The idea here is to offer up opinions from the average fan (Myself). I am a Flyers season ticket holder, so I generally have a lot to say when it comes to the NHL.
I hope to get some good comments and don't be shy about disagreeing with me, though let's try to keep it civil, unless of course my post warrants a good argument! Being that I am an emotional and passionate guy, I may have some not so nice things to say about your favorite team or player, so in those cases, a good come back could be fun.
